I have been selling to them for years. You cannot ask for a more honest and caring company to sell to. I messed up my PayPal info onetime and they caught it. They emailed and called me to verify.

This was my first experience. It was easy to do. The only thing puzzling was that I printed my own mailing label and mailed out my items in a box. After I mailed it, I received a mailing label in the mail to use. Other than that, it was an easy process. I like that their customer service was available and responsive.
