Still waiting
Well my first experience was good.. Then I put in a request for another shipping label sent to me ..i got a email saying it would be 2-4 business days and that was over 2 weeks ago.. So I guess they don't want know more of my business..

Hi Mark, I don't want to make excuses, but I'm going to make an excuse. I blame the snow. Really though, we absolutely want your business and it looks like the label was mailed in early March. Obviously, it did not reach you, for which I apologize. If you decided to go with another company I certainly understand, but I'll send out a label today out of principle. If you need anything else please let us know!
