Hi Jorge, I reviewed your order and one box was damaged, as shown in the photo (we can send it again if you'd like). We're very clear that we pay half price for damaged boxes, so the check was for $77 as was correct. If I can answer any other questions please let me know. Thanks, Chris

Hi Constance, I looked at the photos of your order and the boxes were clearly damaged from removed prescription labels, which is why we ask that you leave those to us to remove. Aside from inspecting, we don't touch boxes until after payments have been made to avoid any possibility of damage on our end. If there's anything else I can do for you please let me know. Thank you, Chris

Hi Cindy, I reviewed your order, including the photos taken of the boxes exactly as they arrived. The prescription label had been partially torn off, leaving a tear on the box itself. I'd be happy to send you the photos, but our terms and conditions are very clear and the order was handled correctly. If there's anything else we can do, please let us know. Thanks, Chris

Hi Barbara, I reviewed your order and two of the boxes you sent expire in January. Our website is very clear on the minimum expiration date we can accept and this was too early. I see we still paid half price for both boxes, which is more than many companies would do. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the experience, but I don't see that we did anything wrong. Thank you, Chris
