Great company to deal with. Would like to see more payment options instead of PayPal. PayPal makes you wait for your money and people that sell this stuff probably need their money now so in the future would like to see more payout options.

The first check didn't come for many weeks. I called and I was advised a stop payment and new check will be sent. Instead I received an email stating I should call back if the check wasn't received by the end of the week. I already received my second order check and not the first.I shouldn't have to call back❗however they solved my problem and was prompt in communicating. Thanks

Hello, I'm sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. I was able to pull up your order and review the details, and your initial check was mailed mid January. In our terms and conditions we clearly state that checks may take up to 2 weeks to be received, as the USPS can be inconsistent. Every now and then they don't reach their destination period, which seems to have been the case here. We mailed a second check on February 2nd, which you should definitely receive this week. Once we put checks in the mail it is up to the Postal Service to deliver them in a timely manner; unfortunately that isn't always the case. Reissuing checks is a last resort, but we will always make sure you get paid. Thank you

One time I did not receive credit for a box that they sent me a picture of that was damaged. The damage was so small I had to look 3 times to even see it. The policy of not returning the box to the customer is bogus and I am sure profits the company because you are able to use them. You should automatically return the damaged box to the customer. If you are not going to use it and pay for it, then it belongs to the customer.
