Good service just kinda disappointed
I was very pleased with my first order but my second I wasn’t so happy... I sent in my test strips and didn’t take any of the tape off so it wouldn’t damage the boxes then when I got the result I was docked $20 for damaged boxes after the company took the tape off.... I was planning on all the money I was supposed to get for my wedding and now will have to change some things around because I didn’t get all my money!!!!!

Hi Nikki, I was able to review your order and there was undoubtedly damage on two of the boxes. All other boxes still had their labels, and we accepted those at full price. It's possible the other two came off during shipment and caused the damage, but there's no way for us to know that. We have to pay for what we received, as we receive it. I'm happy to send you photos of the boxes upon request. Otherwise, thank you for your feedback and we hope to do business in the future. Thanks! Chris
