Hi Mary, I couldn't find any orders under your name or email address. Are you sure you sent the boxes to us? We DO accept boxes with minor damage, so it may be another company. Just to be sure, you may want to look at the name of the business on the check. If it's ours it will be from Teststripz, LLC in Reading, MA. If that's the case I'd be happy to look into this further!

Hi Jeremy, It's true that prices change often. We offer as much as we can and display all pricing on our website as clearly as possible. A lot of the products we purchase are resold on sites like eBay at really low prices, so they definitely go to people who need them!
