You Recieved My Package On The 5th, It Was Approved Till The 15th. When I Was Told It Was Approved On The 6th. What's Up With That? Usually I Get It In A Week! Who's Not Doing Their Job? I Wouldn't Of Given Any Stars, Had I Had An Option!

Now I emailed and asked why my payment was taking so long and was told checks come from a different place then their Massachusetts location which is only 25 miles from my house. The delay was with the post office to check with them.That was 12/24/20 today's 12/29/20. Still no check.

I sent a package to them on Thursday Sept 10, 2020 at 2:55 pm via Fedex using the label Teststripz.com sent me via download and I sent pictures of all sides of the boxes via email to Marlene and was given the ok that they looked good. I even sent photos of packing before I closed and sealed the box and after it was sealed. I got a ok on that also. When I checked out, I chose the option of being paid via my PayPal Account because I would get paid within 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours. I even sent a email to let Marlene know that I checked Fedex this morning on Friday Sept. 11, 2020 that it looked like they would not get the package until Thursday Sept. 17, 2020 and said I guess I won't see my payment until Friday Sept. 18, 2020. The email I get back is thank you for letting me know. I sent another email about payment and I get nothing. I call them and someone named Heidi or something like that tells me it would be 48 hours for payment and I would have to call back and speak with Marlene on Monday. So the 24 hour PayPal payment is BS. So i know have to wait another day or a week to get my payment and so I can get something to eat. Thanks for nothing teststripz.com. I would not recommend. I may not get payment at all. Won't make this mistake again.....

This company was supposed to send me 100.00 but only sent me 48.00 . DON'T trust this Company they will scam you and take all of your money . Oh and they charge you fees yeah fees 😑😑 . They didn't tell me what kind of fees . Or even what the fees were for . BY THE WAY THEY TAKE OUR PRODUCTS AND SELL THEM TO ...... DIABETIC TEST STRIPS YES GARY ONE OF THE CO OWNERS TOLD ME THAT OVER THE PHONE LOL LOL . SCAM SCAM SCAM

I sent in 8 boxes of test strips & 8 boxes of lancets. Check was less than expected. When I called to inquire was informed 1 box was open. They said receiving Dept takes pictures. So what? Can still be opened off camera so they get free strips cause they won't return them. They emailed me the picture of the box 2 days after I first called. The top of the box is clearly open. It's so obvious I couldn't not have possibly overlooked it as I packed them. I examined the boxes all the way around for damage of any kind paying specific attention to the top where the expiration date is printed. They were all good or I would have kept it instead of giving them to this company. My mistake was not taking a photo before shipping and taking a chance with them after reading similar reviews. If you take the time to read reviews, believe them. I will go back to my previous company to sell my strips where I wasn't cheated.

Everything went well got my label and sent the strips out .you received them they money went to pay and to my account and paypal put it on hold and still haven't received it itis still on hpld for suspicious activity or something. Should've gotten the check

Sent 7 boxes of 100 Was told 3 were out of date they sent pictures of the 3. They weren't the ones i sent.I called and was dismissed. They took more pictures and one of those had magically had grown a label from one of my boxes. No i did mention that in the original pictures there was no label. On the boxes. Sure you can be of help compensate me for your mistake. Was I payed for the extra box on the table That is in the picture, if they aren't mine why where with my order. Or should you not mix my order my order with another

I sent my three one touch ultra in a sturdy box filled with bubble sheets , but they claimed one of the box was damaged . Another friend of mine told me that same thing happen to him, and this is a common practice with TESTSTRIPZ company . sorry , but I am not going to deal with them anymore , and I will tell everyone I know about there practice .
