I love the fact that it doesn’t take long for the order to go through. The only one problem that I had is my bank though the payment was fake. So they had to call and make sure which held me up from getting my money. Other than that everything was great!!

They’re very fast with their responses. One thing I don’t like is how picky they are. If a box has the tiniest scratch or the corner is slightly bent like you can barely notice, they deduct money off what they owe you. Sending in supplies is going to cause those things no matter what. I’ve used bubble wrap and it still happens.

The experience was very fast and so simple . I was able to provide supplies I no longer use and give someone else a chance to receive what they need. Very profitable, easy and fast. From the date I sent the package on , in 8 days I received my check. ...THANK YOU "TESTSTRIPZ".

I'm updating my review. Shortly after my 1st review I was contacted and they apologized for the delayed response. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement and I chose the replacement. They promptly sent out a new package of test strips. I appreciate their quick response and how they handled this. Ordered Freestyle Lite test strips. They have Sept 2023 expiration which is fine but these are reading 20 to 30 points lower than other packages of test strips i have and 20 points lower than lab results i had done 30 minutes after i used one of the test syrips. Completely worthless to me. Called customer support twice, left message. Emailed support. No response.w.
