The markup Teststripz adds over what they pay you is as bad as many of the retail concerns. Just another rip-off of people with Diabetes.

Hi Margalynne, We offer every major brand of test strips starting at under $20.00 per 50 count, and we sell CGM supplies at up to 50% off anything you'd find in a pharmacy. We do need to make a profit to stay in business however. Anytime we can lower prices further we do!

Hello, We pay as much as possible and are always among the highest payers in the industry, but when market prices go down we need to adjust as well. Feel free to check our pricing against any of our competitors and you'll find price changes (up and down both) are industry wide. Thank you

I could not cash the check I had to drive an hour to get it cashed.. 4 try 's then finally got it cashed..They told me it was a bad check but to try my bank ..

Hello, I'm sorry you had difficulty cashing the check but as it was eventually cashed it was clearly a good check, as is every check we send out (hundreds per week). I can't say why the first several places you went wouldn't cash it, but it has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the checks. Thank you

Hello, The PayPal fee is noted during checkout and charged by PayPal, not us, however we will be adding Zelle as a payment option in the next few days, which has no fees. I confirmed that we processed your payment the day we received your package but PayPal put a hold on it, which also has to be resolved directly through PayPal.

It was very easy to get label to ship product to them, I sent mine in ON JAN 19th 2020 and still have not received any information or check. They haven't answered my calls or emails. A machine answers the phone. Not one call or check, it is now MARCH 8th 2020, the only email i received was saying it depends when it comes in and how many before. I should receive within 20 days, well its been past that and then some...Please answer why I haven't received a check or letter, Or send my test strips back please..
