Hello, The bank puts a hold on checks now and then for security purposes, but this should have been resolved immediately. Please let us know if there are any other issues.

Hi Bryan, I'm not sure why they would have made you wait 7 days unless it was a security measure instituted by the location where you cashed the check. All checks we issue can be cashed immediately. If you'd like to send us the location where you cashed it we can give them a call to investigate further.
