Hi William, I reviewed your order as well as the photos of the boxes, and the items you sent were significantly damaged. We are very clear on our website that boxes cannot be damaged. If you'd like we can send copies of the photos upon request. Thank you

Hi Zella, When placing an order you have the option to print the label yourself or have a label mailed. It is true that we do not provide boxes to ship your items, as any cardboard box you have on hand will do, and if you don't have one available the USPS offers free shipping materials and will deliver them free of charge. As far as the payment reduction goes, we are very clear that boxes need to be in excellent condition; as shown in the photos from your order there was tearing on two boxes from label removal. We can send these photos upon request. Thank you

Hi Marilyn, I reviewed your order as well as the accompanying photos, and several of the boxes had significant tears. We ask that you allow us to remove any prescription labels, as we can do so without damage. As stated in our terms and conditions we can only accept damaged boxes at half price as they lose value and become much more difficult to resell. If there's anything else we can do for you please let us know. Thank you

Hi Thelma, It looks like there was an issue with the check being mailed initially, which was an error on our end. Once this was realized we sent payment via PayPal as agreed, though I do apologize for the delay. If there's anything else you need please contact us anytime. We appreciate you business as always. Thank you

Hi Jody, I looked into this and the reason the payment was less is because one box had a 6/2023 expiration date. We currently pay $45 per box for One Touch Ultra if the expiration is between 6/2023 and 9/2023. For 10/2023+ we pay $60. We took pictures of the boxes as they arrived and can send them along if you'd like. Thank you for your business and please let me know if you have any other questions. Chris

Hi Melissa, This was definitely on us. Your payment was one of a handful that was effected during our migration to a new security platform with our bank. We appreciate you bearing with us and can assure you there will be no issues moving forward! Thank you, Chris

Hi Tammy, Our terms and conditions are very clear in regard to damaged boxes. I reviewed the photos from your order and many of the boxes were torn from labels being removed. To avoid this in the future we ask that you allow us to remove any labels; personal information can be blacked out with a permanent marker. Thank you as always, Chris

Hi William, I reviewed the photos from your order and two of the boxes were partially crushed. This may have happened during shipment but we have to accept boxes as they arrive. If you have any other questions please contact us anytime.
