Lying thieves quoted me $84 and then only paid $20. I refused and they refused to send my 2 perfect boxes of strips back to me. I am reporting to BBB and all others. This is fraud.

Hi Richard, I've tried pulling up an order under your name where we made this kind of deduction but I'm not seeing one. Can you provide an order number so that I can look into the matter further?

You used to be honest, you had integrity, you were fair with pricing and your rules were acceptable and sensible. Now you are the opposite. AND your competitors are excelling in all of these areas. Responding to your reply: I did call and have a conversation with your customer support people, who called me back. Please talk to them about this exchange. Also I have been selling to you for several years and it is only in the last year or so that you have declined in service and in pricing. check your competitors as you are *not* competitive.

Hello, We have maintained the same level of fairness and professionalism that we always have. For most products we offer the highest rates you'll find and make a point of offering the highest level of customer service. If you can be more specific about your particular issues we would be happy to assist however we can.

You gave me one price but when you receive the product it was a problem but I know you sold my product for top dollar but gave me pennies for it that’s not right and my other product you didn’t do me right on the price and you sold it for top dollar.

Hello, I reviewed your order and the accompanying photos and one of the products you sent was opened. We contacted you directly to explain the situation, though our terms and conditions are very clear about what we can and cannot accept. Also, we sell products at up to 75% off. On the majority of products we're significantly lower than every one of our competitors. Many of the products we purchase are damaged or have very low expiration dates which significantly affects our ability to resell them, if we can at all. In many cases, we end up donating product we paid for. That said, if you have any other questions please let us know.

Misleading information. They will tell you the estimated money for an unopened SINGLE Dexcom is $50. And after they receive the product they only gave $30. The reason was because the big box that it came in was not provided. When you have a 3 pack and you use two of them, no one saves that box. This was just an excuse to not give the advertised price. Do not recommend them. There are many other companies out there.

Hello, on each product page you can find the following note at the very top of the page: "Boxes must be unopened and in excellent condition." Individual sensors must be in the original, unopened box. 3-Count sensors must be in the original, unopened box with all three sensors. This is very clear on the website. We received an opened 3-Count box with two sensors inside. Please feel free to use another company in the future. -Thank you

They damaged the product I sent them they admitted they damaged it in the email and they charged me money for it. They are fraudulent they are criminal.

Hello, I looked into this further and it looks like the shipping tape stuck to one of the boxes during shipment. There was some damage in trying to remove the box, but I agree that the boxes arrived without damage and you should be paid in full. We'll process the rest of your payment this evening. Thank you for your business!

FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor. Like a previous poster I bought the Libre 3 Sensor based on the 4+ months description. It seems that they have changed their listing to reflect that the 4+ months is actually the expiration period duration. Had the listing spelled that out I would not have purchased this item as my cost is $50 per month ($25/sensor) after my insurance. I have reached out with an email to support so I can return the item and have not gotten a response.

Hello, I'm sorry if you misread the item description, but on every product page there is a very clear option that reads: “Product Expires Within:” with the options “1-3 months” and “4 months+”. These options have been in place for over two years and we haven't had any issues. That said, we take unhappy customers very seriously and will review the current product pages to see what we can do to better clarify the product options.

If you are buying the Libre 3 sensor for the first time, do not be deceived by the four months plus it was a dishonest approach to make you think that you’re getting four months out of the sensor when what they mean is it’ll last shelflife four months plus. The sensor lUber 3 only last 14 days, then be discarded.

Hello, Going out of our way to deceive people in the way you suggest would put us out of business. The main reason we’re able to offer the lowest prices is because we specialize in products that are nearing expiration. On every product page there is a very clear option that reads: “Product Expires Within:” with the options “1-3 months” and “4 months+”. There is nothing to imply or suggest these date ranges reflect shelf-life.
