Bi have not received check
Response from TeststripzNov 25, 2024
Hi George, All checks are mailed within 24 hours of receiving your package, but we can't control how quickly the USPS delivers the check. We also offer PayPal as a payment option if you prefer not to wait. Thank you.

They discounted open boxes, alleging that the boxes were damage. They “packaging” caused the sealed test strip were unusable. What a scam! They don’t pay for the test strips that they sell. It’s like free inventory, they don’t discard the test strips, they make $$$ on zero costs to them. Query? what happens to the unopened test strips that they don’t compensate the sender for?

Hello, That is not accurate. We neither purchase nor sell opened boxes, as the product's integrity cannot be guaranteed. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions.

Well I sent in Sensors that were deducted by $250 because of some small dents in the boxes that were there when I got the sensors. I know that one of the 5 boxes didn't have any damage to the box because I also took pictures of all the items sent and only 4 of the 5 boxes had slight dents in them. Unfortunately, I am pretty upset about this situation and might not go through your company again because of this very issue. Slight dents are the norm for boxes that were packaged in a secure box. The sensors were not damaged in any way. I know because I have used other sensors that had more significant damage to the boxes then the ones that I had sent in to you.

Hello, I reviewed your order and the photos show more than slight dents. The boxes were significantly creased and dented along one side of every box. We're very clear that we need to accept boxes as they arrive because that's how we need to resell them, which in this case is as a damaged product. This in turn affects price. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with. Thank you.

They didn’t want to buy a used pump, which is fine. I asked for them to send it back to me. I would have even paid for shipping. But I received no reply. And when I called to ask, the customer service rep was short and rude, completely unhelpful.

Hello, When we're sent used products we can sometimes donate them, but due to the nature of the products we purchase (medical supplies) there's not much we can do except discard them (see our terms and conditions). In this case, I believe we had already discarded the used pump when we received the request to return it. I do apologize for any miscommunication.

Robbery without a ski mask the the customer is always at a disadvantage you've already got their product and you can just keep it if you want to I mean that's basically what they're doing now I used to send a lot and then we tell you something y'all can just say it's all bad and had that happen so I'll just stop selling and buying stuff offline because living is going up but the coast to sell something to somebody online it's going down something's wrong with that picture thank you very much
Martina
Didn’t get half my money worth and they said a seal was broken and I know for fact it wasn’t as I had taken pics. Won’t recommend or use them again
Response from TeststripzJan 2, 2024
Hi Martina, I reviewed the photos of how your products arrived and there was definitely one with a broken seal and one that was damaged. We inspect every package carefully and have to pay for boxes as they arrive, as stated in our terms and conditions. If there's anything else we can do please let us know.

If you're a brittle diabetic and pay for supplies out of pocket Teststripz takes up to 7 days to deliver. I rely on the freestyle libre and its alarms to correct low glucose events and have to switch over to finger sticks waiting for the sensors from teststripz. They should offer a free shipping option 2 day for orders over $100.
Response from TeststripzNov 27, 2023
Hi Sabrina, We offer free ground shipping on all orders and sometimes this option can take up to a week. Buyers can pay for expedited shipping, but as a small business already offering the lowest prices there's only so much we can do!
Tina
everything was great till it came to payment, sadly it took two weeks for the truck to clear my bank, Walmart and another place that cash's checks refused the check, so need a better payment options it should never take two weeks for a check to clear
Response from TeststripzOct 9, 2023
Hi Tina, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced in cashing the check, though we confirmed with our bank that there was no issue in releasing the funds on our end. We've been having some issues recently with Walmart refusing checks for reasons that aren't clear but we're working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
