I have used Teststripz a couple of times. The turnaround time from them receiving your order to the time you receive your payment is really quick. I received my payment by the next day. The only issue I have with them is the rudeness of the people answering their phones. I called to check in my order and had a small issue that needed correcting on their end and the female answering the phone was very short and very ride with me. She wasn't listening to what I was saying and didn't give me a chance to talk. She kept cutting me off. She hung up on me and I had to call back. The second time I got someone else and I again had the same experience. Luckily I had the owner's email and was able to resolve the issue with a quick email. She responded almost immediately. I would definitely use them again

No complaints except the time it takes to receive a check...I ship it from the next city over from them and it still takes up to 7 business days to see a check. Maybe Paypal is much quicker?

Took a little longer than anticipated and found boxes unacceptable that I did not recall had problems as I carefully check. Overall good experience for unused items.

Good company to deal with. Only issue I have is the pay decrease! These strips are worth a lot more than you are paying us for them!! If you could increase your pay price I would be more apt to do more business with you than I do. Really good service and quick payments!!

Takes a little too long on transaction

Ok I was upset that they no longer accept my strips. I did receive a timely message and was told they would be sent back at the end of the week.
