i got ripped off last april when i delivered my box to fedex in Natomas, CA and i never received word they were received @ teststripz and never received my check. i think fedex employee stole them, somewhere along the line. i am not happy you do business with fedex. i have no receipt i dropped them off and have no recourse to claim my $180. i would rather you did prepay thru the post office or UPS. two weeks is a long time to process checks but it is more $ than using a local service.

Your company is very good with one notable exception...that of sending out a FedEx mailing label when a printed one isn't doable. It took more than 10 days to get to me. Usually I print them with no problem but had no ink left in my cartridge. That is way too long to have to wait to mail the strips to you in order to get compensated.

I have used another company in the past, but Teststripz offered better prices for my strips and lancets. The process went smoothly overall; however, their claim of "24 hour turnaround" is a bit misleading. The check took approximately a week to get to me. Still a good experience and I will likely use them again.
