Hi David, I don't think this was us, as I can't find any orders from, or payments to you. Do you have an Order or FedEx Tracking number? You can also find the business name on the check itself. Ours is Teststripz, LLC located in Reading, MA. If this was our mistake we'll reassess the order and pay any outstanding balance. If you have any other questions please let me know!

Hi Selena, I'm not sure these were sent to us. Just to confirm, we strictly use FedEx for shipping and are located in Reading, MA (855-787-4791). If you have an Order or FedEx tracking number I can definitely look into this for you! If we received your package, you'll be paid.

Hi Jay, There's definitely an order from you in our system but it's from September 2, 2016. The order was for 16 boxes of Nova Max test strips. If that's the order you're referring to then I apologize. We don't actually provide shipping boxes as we encourage people to reuse boxes they already have on hand (though you can get them for free at any post office if necessary). That said, thank you for going out of your way to donate the supplies. If we can ever assist in the future please let us know.

Hi Yvette, I think you may be confusing us with a different company. We offer free, pre-paid FedEx shipping labels on all orders, but if a package is mailed through the post office, we add the shipping cost to the payment total. I apologize if there was any confusion!

Hi Naomi, I was able to find an order from you in our system using your email address. The order was placed on June 21, 2017 but the name on the order is Nearmi Merrell (Order #22897). It looks like we never received the package but if you have a FedEx tracking number I can see what I can find! Thank you
