Had a problem when PayPal held my funds since I was a new seller. After a few calls to c.s I finally received my money a week after it was sent. No problems with TestStripz co. They did awesome &helped out by leaving a note with PayPal. Thanx

Test strips is the best and trustworthy

Your website leads one to believe that you will receive prompt payment for your strips shortly after they are received and validated. Since I live in MA, and you are located here, I assumed I would receive payment within a few days and in the same week. When I called to check I was always told the check had been mailed, which seemed fishy to me that it would take over a week. Finally one of your clerks told me that the checks were sent from CO., and could take up to a week. I think you should be honest and tell customers upfront, that it can take up to 10 days to receive payment. Good luck.
