Hi Mary, The last order we received from you was in November of 2016. Are you sure you sent this particular package to us? We're located in Reading, MA and strictly use FedEx for shipping. If you have an Order number or FedEx tracking number I'll definitely investigate further. If we owe you anything it will be paid.
