I never got paid for my test strips. I’ve been contacting the company for weeks and no response.

I don't know if this is the correct company or not. But, I sent 6 boxes of Accu-Chek (50) to be reimbursed and never received any money for them. I also got an acknowledgement from the company, but, alas no money. As I stated in the first sentence, I'm not sure if this is the correct company or not, but I won't be sending any more supplies to any company.

Hi Sharon, We haven't received any orders from you. We're located in Boston, MA if that helps. I understand your general skepticism, but we have an A+ rating with the BBB over the course of more than five years. If you do ever send us product you WILL be paid as agreed.

The last time I sent test strips I only got a portion of the money from the strips, my issue is I called to see why it was taking so long and no one replied, a day or two later I get paid and it's not the amount quoted and I had to call someone that finally answered to tell me that some of my strips boxes were damaged so I didn't get paid what was the first quote. Thing is no one called to address this with me you held my payment up and only sent it after I complained, and im not convinced some of my boxes were damaged I packed them the same way I do them everytime the person I talked to gave me attitude as if I did something wrong. Is won't use this again.
