Hello Tawora, we appreciate the feedback. We reviewed your transactions, and it appears when we received your items the boxes were creased or crushed. As our website states we cannot purchase items with damaged boxes. Our pricing is scaled on expiration date along with box condition. I also seen the items we did not purchase were sent back to you as a courtesy, this is not our normal practice per our terms. We do make mistakes but as you stated we sent another check to correct the error, we want to thank you for your business. Tsam Team

Lifonia, we ended our relationship with PayPal on October 31st, 2022. We advised you when we received your items on November 8th, 2022, that PayPal is no longer an option for payment. You provided us the routing and account number for your payment. We in turn processed the ACH payment on that day. Our bank stated the payment has gone through with no issues. We have no control over how long it may take Cash App to release your funds. It does state on their website it could take as long as 7 days; this was explained in the conversation you had with our office staff on November 9th, 2022. We regret you had issues receiving your funds, we have paid you promptly since you became a customer in June 2021. We never want our customers to wait for payment, but your case, it was totally out of our control. You chose the account in which we were to pay you, and we did process the payment correctly through our bank, it was a matter of your account holder not processing the payment for you. As a show of grace, we sent the items back to you. We are happy you have found a company that meets your needs. Tsam Team
