Hi, Our bank, Chase, does not allow Zelle deposits to debit card linked accounts. We put this on the payment form and on our website so we do not have any miscommunications. USPS still has some delays in delivering mail. First class mail can take up to 10 days (if not longer) to be delivered, unfortunately. I appreciate your business and if you change your Zelle linked account to a checking or savings we can send it that way next time. Sincerely, Adam

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review. A check was mailed out to you on the same day we received your shipment. The email you received that day was notification of outgoing mail. It seems that the USPS has lost your check or at least not delivered it as of yet. Its been a little over two weeks since the check was sent out. We will be re-issuing you another check today and sending it out with tracking. We always send payment within 1 business day. Hi, We use to offer free tracking for everyone but we ended that 6-8 months ago. With the postal prices increasing constantly we had to make a decision to either pay our customers more or pay the post office more. We decided our customers are more important and raised the prices we pay for the extra test strips. Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Adam
