I will never use this company again
I will never use this company again. They are crooks! They always tell us to leave our labels on boxes when we send them in. So we have always done that so the boxes wouldn’t be damaged. Never once have I sent in a box damaged in any way. We sent 2 in and waited for the payment just like always but the payment was a lot less than expected. When we asked why they said that the damage was our fault and refused to show us pictures showing that our own pharmacy label was still attached which would’ve proved me wrong and them right. Instead this proved that they ripped the label off the box causing the tear in the exact area the pharmacy label should have been and shorted my payment because of their mistake. They refused to make it right so I will never use this company again and neither will anyone else I know.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were not happy with the payment you received but we paid you for exactly what you sent in. We provided multiple pictures of the box including the expiration date and lot number of the box and sent it to you. You could compare them to your pictures (which you said you took) to verify the box in question was yours. We always recommend taking photos of every side of every box before sending the shipment into us. This protects both parties so something like this doesn't happen. As you told us, the prescription label was on the front of the box, the damage in question was on the back of it. There is no way to damage the back if the label is on the front of the box. We DO NOT take pictures of prescription labels to protect the privacy of our customers. The privacy of our customers is very important to us.
