issue receiving payment.
Everything went smooth and great, until I had an issue with the payment being sent through PayPal as GOOD AND SERVICES rather than FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Due to it being sent this way PayPal charged me a fee which made me loose $93 out of my check. I messaged Adam who was always quick to reply and help with any other questions but once I sent him this issue I got completely ignored and never heard from him again. Keep in mind other test strip places have always done it via FRIENDS AND FAMILY so I know it’s possible and just sucks that with this company I had to suffer an almost $100 loss.

Hi Manny, Thank you for the feedback on our service. We are a business buying goods. For tax reasons, we can not send the payment by Freinds and Family if we are buying goods. We have certain rules we have to follow based on tax law. Because of the size of your payment, the 3% fee that PayPal charges adds up be a lot of money. We do offer NO FEE options for payments as well as PayPal. We can resend the payment another way if you would like to avoid PayPal's fees We offer Zelle and business checks which are no fee. Zelle is an instant payment option and the money is in your bank account in less than 5 minutes and best of all its no fee. Business checks are no fee as well.
