Hi Deanna, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You did not request tracking with your check so we can not track your payment. If you request tracking a tracking number will be sent to you. The number you received was a confirmation number once we printed your postage. It was not a tracking number. We close at 4:30 pm and one of your calls was after we closed for the day. I will investigate the other call. As far as fast payment, we offer 1 business day payments and your shipment was paid and sent out within 1 business day. We do not control how fast USPS delivers the payments. We can only pay you as soon as your shipment arrives. We have options for faster delivery via Priority Mail and Express Mail. Prices fluctuate based on demand and supply. We offer up to $220 per box currently. Our prices are on the website and we offer 2-week price guarantees so you will always get the price offered when you fill out the form(which you were). Hi Jason, Thank you for leaving us a review. I do want to note that expiration dates are VERY important and we only accept certain dates. The dates we accept are visible when the online form was filled out. We ask that you only send in dates we accept. 9/23 boxes were not listed as dates we accept BUT I was able to pay $5 for them. I am sorry you were not happy but we do everything we can to provide the information before you ship items off to us. We do not want items that we do not accept. Hi Jeff, When you removed the labels you removed part of the box with them. We provided a photo and outlined the missing pieces of the boxes. On the payment form you filled out we specifically ask you not to remove the labels as there is a possibility of damage to the box if done incorrectly. This is what happened to your boxes. Only part of your label was attached to the box, not the entire thing. Best thing to do is just cut off the part not attached. We do not need your personal information and when we remove labels we shred them with a cross cut shredder. We want to protect your privacy. Hi Lucille, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you stated on the phone call with me today, you knew the two boxes were stained. You said "that's the way I received them." Our estimated quote is for perfect boxes, not damaged ones. Whenever there is damage to a box is changes the value of the box. It is no longer perfect and as such receives a discounted price or no payment at all. We encourage all of our customers, that if they have a question about a box to call us and send a picture before they send in a shipment. This way we can avoid any issues with the transaction. Hi, I just reached out to you via phone and email about your review. Upon looking into this you requested a label on 5/17 and emailed us the same day to not send you a label as you want cash right away. One of my employees did send you a label on 5/18 but that label has not been used. You must have sold to another company as we always pay within 1 business day of receiving shipments.
