Hi Barbara! I reviewed your order with us and the only issue was 4 boxes of your Smartview 50 count had an expiration date of 4/2020. Boxes must be dated 12/2020 and LATER to receive a full payout OR range from 9/2020-11/2020 to receive a 50% less payout. Unfortunately, your 4 boxes fell short of that. You can find our policy listed on our website and our forms. There are no hidden surprises. We will be contacting you via email as well. Thank you!
