The prepaid label was nice
The prepaid label was nice, and payment was fast! But there was a $15 bonus promised for new customers that was not paid out!

Hi Michelle! We do offer a sign up bonus, and that sign up bonus is for $10. I see it was overlooked and we do owe you that $10 sign up bonus. I do not see that you contacted us via email or phone regarding this. Therefore, I will be sending you an email to make sure to get your $10 bonus to you right away! Thank you!
