Honestly I Will never again use the service and this is why. I have used other companies and was given well over $200 for the amount I gave you for the lancets and test strips. All I recd from your company for all the items I sent in was $51. Another issue I have is with your company is you never told me I would be receiving my check in a box and had I not checked my e-mails from your company I may have thrown the box and check away, you need to let your customers know where the checks are located. My Mailman knows that mail is stolen in our apartment building and was not supposed to leave my mail thrown on the floor which is where I located this box and my check, so you need to clarify to the customer where they can locate their checks and its really not a good practice to send a check in a box. Also you have no where when signing up for these items we send in to you for compensation to let us know how much we will get, had I known your company was going to rip me off and only send me $51 when I could have and have had been given well over $200 for the same amount of test strips and lancets I would have never signed up with you in the first place and feel duped out of over $175.00 so no I would not use the service again.

HI Joan! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your box of One Touch Ultra's was expired. 1/2019. Our policy is listed on our website as to what the dates must be. Also, you were paid in full and correctly for your 9 boxes of One Touch Verio 25 count. Those are listed on our website for $3 per box x 9 = $27. You also received a $20 box bonus and $4 for your lancets. I am not aware of any other company that pays much for the One Touch Verio 25 counts. They are a much smaller quantity than all the 50 and 100 count boxes. Big price difference. As far as your check being inside a kit, we do this so our customers always have another kit on hand for their next order. That information is listed on our information guide on our website.
