The box came with a shipping label…
The box came with a shipping label which allowed me to ship it right back ,the check came back with in a week or so with another box incase I had more to send out. Very easy and simple.

Hi Kevin! I reviewed your order and the issue with your items were the expiration dates. You had 4 boxes that were dated 7/2020, 8/2020. At the time the dates needed to be 2/2021 and after to receive a full payout OR range from 11/2020-1/2021 to receive a 50% less payout. Your 4 boxes fell short of that, therefore, we could not issue a payout on those 4 boxes. Our expiration date policy can be found on our website and our mailed forms. Your other 7 boxes were perfect and you were paid in full for those. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding your order. We will also be contacting you via email. Thank you!
