It quick but when I got my check it wasn't signed. So I had to open a pay pal acct. One of the customer service rep was very rude.

Don't understand why I only got $215.00…
Don't understand why I only got $215.00 for 5 boxes of strips ? Was suppose to get %50.00 perbox plus $10.00 bonus ! Probably done doing business with you !

Hi Carl! I reviewed your order and everything was actually perfect! You were paid in full for everything we received. We received 4 boxes, not 5, of One Touch Ultra 100 at $50 per box, plus your $10 bonus, plus a $5 box bonus. Total payout of $215. We will be also contacting you via email. missing signature
Until today got a check that did not have a signature on it so we could not cash it at the bank. Called in and they said they were going to reissue a new one. I get the check cashable I will definitely give you guys a 5-star rating again. Right now I'm just thinking mistakes happen.

I reviewed your order and the issue with the lesser payout was because the items we received were mail order True Metrix which are not listed on our website as acceptable items and also True Test strips we do not accept either.
