Hi Mary! I reviewed your last order with us and the reason for the less payout was because of your boxes expiration dates. Your boxes were dated 1/2021. At the time, boxes must be dated 2/2021 and after to receive a full payout. Anything ranging from 11/2020-1/2021 receives a 50% less payout. Which is why you were paid 50% less for all 4 of your boxes. We also applied a $5 box bonus on that order.
