I send 500 dollars worth of strips and all I got was 370 dollars. I don't think I sell my strips again.

Hi Jose! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was based on the expiration date of your boxes. 4 of your test strip boxes did have an expiration date of 5/2020 and 1/2020. These boxes fell short of our minimum date allowed. Our policy, which is listed on our website, states that boxes must be dated 2/2021 and after to receive a full payout OR range from 11/2020-1/2021 to receive a 50% less payout. These are the reasons you were paid less than expected. We will also be contacting you via email to further explain this matter to you. Thank you!
