Hi Maggie, thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are not completely satisfied with your test results. I can see from your test report that you purchased an allergy and intolerance test and did not show an allergy to wheat or garlic, but rather an intolerance. An allergist will not detect these because intolerance (IgG) and allergies (IgE) are separate medical conditions. Intolerances (IgG) are dependent on exposure or consumption and therefore more likely to detect foods you consume regularly or recently. IgE blood testing is a very commonly used and medically recognised method of testing for allergies. I have included a link below to our website where you can find more information on the validity of blood IgE testing: https://www.tmitesting.com/how-allergy-testing-works/ Allergies can lay dormant in the body and become reactive at any point during a person's life. Therefore, while a raised IgE level may be present, a person may not yet experience symptoms. However, these may become reactive in the future, and we recommend exercising caution when exposed to these items. I can see you have not yet reached out to our team with your results queries.
