I have never signed up for their service, given them my email, or had any prior contact with them. Yet, I received their promotional email out of the blue. This isn't an isolated incident. My inbox has recently been flooded with marketing emails from numerous AI startups, which strongly suggests my contact information was compromised in a data leak. This company is simply the latest offender to use that leaked data for their own marketing. This kind of aggressive, invasive marketing tactic is a huge red flag. It shows a fundamental lack of respect for user privacy and questionable ethics. I would strongly advise against engaging with a company that has to resort to spam to find customers. Proceed with caution.

I subscribed to a monthly subscription. I used it for a few days. It threw up a window asking me to switch to an annual subscription, which I didn't want, I just closed the window. It switched to an annual subscription and immediately deducted the money. I wrote to the support who didn't write anything at first, but they read what I wrote. Then they gave me an email address to discuss it with them. Of course, no one responds and based on what I read here, I shouldn't expect a refund. I used Safari for manual testing, but if I accidentally reload the window with F5, the session ends and won't let me start a new one unless I wait. The saddest thing is the support, who cares about you until you pay. After that, you're forgotten.

Cold calling me on a personal phone number. Upon hanging up when I realized it was an unsolicited call, proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes continuing to try to call me when it's clear I don't have anything to discuss with them.

I created an account to try out the demo version of LambdaTest and it worked fine but I ultimately decided it wasn't for me. No major issue there, I moved on and didn't subscribe. Easy, right? But then I started getting emails constantly trying to get me to engage with them. I ignored them initially but more kept coming, so I went and deleted my account. That should stop the messages right? It did not. I tried out LambdaTest in November 2024, deleted my account 3 days later, and since the account deletion I have received 5 emails throughout the months of November 2024 to January 2025. At this point it counts as spam. Any normal company would send one email asking for feedback (if that!) after you delete your account, and then leave you be when you don't respond. The fact that LambdaTest still has my email on record for these spam messages tells me that their account deletion system is not trustworthy and I'm very glad I didn't subscribe and give them my credit card information. Do not recommend.

States that you can get started for free by creating an account. Immediately after account creation almost every feature is behind a paywall.

SCAM website!| your membership doesn't give you all the promised permissions, and you can't cancel or remove your credit card!!! they also don't answer the chat for a refund

be careful, it's a scam, it takes double money from you, and they pretend they don't know.

More of a POC than a service, everything is buggy, totally unusable, I just lost my subscription.
