Fake. I've played over 4,000 levels on the Match Factory game. Starting at level 4,000, I was supposed to get €120 in cash. The game bar doesn't update, and it's been over three weeks. Support isn't responding. Too bad, I wouldn't have even given it a star!

Do not waste your time. You will get a first reward then nothing pretexting a fraudulent use of your account

Siete una vergogna ho accumulato 60 euro di buoni Amazon ..risulta essere spedita alla mia email..ma non mi risulta ..

Avoid at all costs!! First few payouts go through fine..then they get slower to process and when emailed they come up with the lie that I’ve used bots or vpn which is something I wouldn’t even know how to do. They have no proof yet say they are not paying me. Hours of my time wasted for Nothing!!! Fuming 😡

Scam! I’m waiting for my £50 reward, it’s delayed, I emailed support team, and their response was: “Your reward is currently being reviewed by the reward sender. For more information, you should contact the organization that sent your reward. If you're not sure of the contact information you should be using, typically a Google search for the name of the organization and the term "contact" yields reliable results.” So they promote the game but I have to chase after my payout myself? Not trustworthy at all :(

Absolutely awful I’m owed £59 emailed them loads of times, I finally had a reply back to be told they’re not giving it me as I’ve apparently violated their terms. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time

Scam they complete ignore my emails
