TeslaunchReviews of teslaunch.net

Purchased a new item. Contacted immediately that it was not working properly. Ask multiple times if it was installed correctly, responded yes each time. Seller says they ship from the US and they don't, it comes from China slow boat. Absolutely terrible business practice. I'm having a decal made for my 26 Tesla. Bold letters " avoid teslaunch" We have quite a few Teslas in my area.

Huge scammers! Didn't receive any products and couldn't get in touch with customer service! Don't buy anything here!

Absolute con artists. Drop ship cheap nasty Chinese stuff and charge top money for poor quality / non fitting products for your Tesla. AVOID! Reported to bank for fraud taking £135 and no refunding or accepting a return from me as I was that unhappy. These good reviews are blatantly AI generated and fake.

I have had to write this review again due to not following advertising guidelines, but I'm determined to get this review written as people need to be aware of potential issues. Isofix guides are the wrong shape and could potentially damage seats. Sun shades will not stay on windows and constantly fall off.

I order a month ago roof bars and never received them. I tried to contact them myriad of times via WhatsApp, email or phone call, but no luck.

I ordered a product 4 months ago. It never arrived. Teslaunch kept sending me emails asking to be patient and always coming up with an excuse. The product never arrived. "Joe" from teslaunch does not react anymore.

It is a cheap Chinese counterfeit!

Ordered parts from Teslaunch. Recieved 2 of 5 covers right. They sent me information about keeping the wrongsent products and will get refunded 60% back. Now They dont respond on Email or Chat. I would not recommand this site.
