Happy with the customer service, very quick and responsible.

I ordered an item from Teslaunch which was delivered in good condition and on time. The mistake was on my part in which I ordered an item that did not fit my model Y I raised this with the suppliers they came back with a solution very quickly and the matter was resolved and more importantly a refund was sent. So my experience leaves me with a peace of mind and confidence to order again from Teslaunch

Teslaunch's customer service is outstanding. They responded to my concern quickly and resolved my issue with no hesitation or delay. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Teslaunch provide a wide variety of products for all current Tesla models. These offer a nice way to upgrade and/or personalise your vehicle to your own tastes. Very pleased with the majority of products that we purchased from them. Where one product failed, they were personable and swift to act upon and resolve the issue. With this trust in place, I will purchase from them again in the future.

Issues with order that were resolved very quickly. Will order again.

By far my favorite accessory for my Model Y! I went on a 10k+ road trip and camped at some amazing locations in the Tesla. These blackout shades help with the temperature and privacy great! I got the full set so it blocks out all light like a movie theater! Helps me recharge and get right back on the road.

I ordered the white Tesla charger case, the product looks great, love the logo on the front window, really impressed with overall look and feel

Products are awesome and very professional and responsive customer service.
