TeslaunchReviews of teslaunch.net

The products I ordered were as advertised and working great. The quality of the product is as expected based on the prices quoted. I will return to this company to order more accessories for my Teslas: Model 3 and Model Y.

I bought the wheel protecters for my Tesla Y. However, 2 peices of them were lossen and lost. I don't know if it was because I didn't install it properly or because of the quality of the product, but two of them didn't attach properly and one of them was broken. I contacted Teslaunch and they said they would send me two of them with warranty support. I experienced that they have really good service.

Great company, some products were great some were less great but good value, checkout comments and had no issues returning product.

Quick shipping and good customer service

I had a product that failed all expectations. Joe was able to take care of the issue without any problems whatsoever. He communicated with me on a timely basis and left me unexpectedly pleased with their response and service.

I ordered different accessories for my Tesla Model Y, and due to the volume, the packaging was split into three. After only receiving two as one got lost, I contacted the support through WhatsApp who was quick and extremely helpful in resending my package and offering compensation for this situation without any effort on my side. Love the products I did receive, they are as intended and will order more in the future!
