I bought rear window shades for my Tesla Model S, but they didn't fully cover the small rear windows. I asked for a refund because the windows didn't fit. Teslaunch responded, asking for further explanation. I informed them that the small rear window was not covered by the shade, and the fit was not as expected—no response from them after 5 days. Teslaunch reached out. After some back and forth, I was offered an 80% refund to avoid going through the return process. I am happy with the outcome.

Overall 4 star. They have a great selection of products for the Tesla's and are competitively priced. Some of the products I am browsing, I don't see anywhere else, so I kept ordering from here. The only down fall is the shipping lead times. It will take about 3 - 4 weeks easily for you order to be delivered from China. The packaging of the products is very well handled and have had zero issues with defective products arriving. Just wish it did not take as along to get to the US.

Ordered the alloy wheel protectors. Fairly easy to install and look great actually. They were on my model 3 performance. However, first time out, mounted a kerb slightly and they snapped! Now at £85 for 4, it’s an expensive thing to have to replace them every time you touch a kerb. All in all they are not built to withstand any thing other than a very light brush. However, I have contacted them and they are sending me a replacement so let’s see if it comes.

Large selection of items to chose - easy order process. The delivery time was a bit long, but still ok.

I rated the product right after I installed it and my only concern at the time was whether it would properly stay adhered. It has done just that!

I have purchased at least 10 accessories for my new Tesla model “Y” 2025+ last month. The quality is good but I did not find any installation instructions in any package. Some items requested several recherches on the web to install them.

First the good: The seat covers (Tesla X 2020 Black to cover White seats) are great. Fit extremely well. Great quality material and stitching. Absolutely worth the cost. Not so good: Took almost 6 weeks to receive. No instructions to install. Pieces not numbered/identified so difficult to figure out which cover went with which seat. Difficult to install--ended up doing the first two captains seats ourselves and then taking it over to an upholstery guy to install the rest.
