TeslaunchReviews of teslaunch.net

I purchased the rim protectors for my Tesla Model 3 Highland from Teslaunch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The product fits perfectly on the new Highland rims, and the installation was straightforward. They not only add an extra layer of protection against curb rash but also enhance the overall look of the wheels. The quality feels premium, and they sit snugly without any rattling or movement. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was secure. I also appreciate that their customer support was responsive and helpful when I had a question before ordering. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and Teslaunch as a company. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind and a cleaner look for your Tesla wheels.

Excellent product, FANTASTIC customer service. This company has really impressed me, especially after I ordered the wrong item and they swapped it out with no hassle.

Excellent customer service and product! Teslaunch team worked with me to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend!

I had already bought rim covers and decided to order an extra set, just in case. The only problem is that I had ordered the black rims instead of the silver ones. My bad.

I had a set of damaged wheel rim protectors come in. They were bent beyond repair and it was obviously due to the carelessness and neglect of a certain big name postal service. I contacted Teslaunch and they wasted no time reissuing me a new set ASAP. They made things right and handled it professionally. I’m still waiting on those new rim protectors, but they’re set to come in real soon. But I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service. It’s become more of a rarity today to experience a company that actually cares about its customers. Looking forward to that new set and if this is the way Teslaunch treats their customers, rest assured, they’ll definitely be receiving another order from me in the future!

Customer service a little slow but ultimately very helpful. Thanks for the product. Works great.
