Overall a positive experience, the good first: 1) the customer response team has been quick to update me on my order (usually Joe) with information and address my concerns 2) the all-weather floor mats fit perfectly and have a great finish to them, ideal for winter conditions The bad? The shipping time. I ordered on October 1st. My order shipped via China Post, whose website today still shows “no information” on the tracking number shown in my Order History despite my order already having been delivered. After the order reached North America and passed off to FedEx, I was able to track via the FedEx website with accuracy. I would strongly recommend Teslaunch consider updating their “Order Status” page to use a tracking link that provides useful information so we don’t have to bother their customer service team for shipping updates. I did have an issue with one of the items in my order, but the team were quick to respond and looked after it to my complete satisfaction. I dock one star for the shipping times not matching what the website promises, but the customer support team have delivered 5-star levels of service throughout and the all-weather mats are a high quality product that came in cheaper than the WeatherTech mats I have in my Honda minivan, while providing MORE protection to the car’s upholstery thanks to the raised borders. They are super easy to clean too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Teslaunch mats to anyone shopping for their Tesla, and my neighbour is already considering ordering some for his 2020 Model X.

J'ai une cde encours sur laquelle il mamque un item (valeur 125 €)envoyé par chinapost parait il en transit depuis le 9 octobre .malgré plusieurs mails de relance auprés du support TESlaunch, aucune réponse de leur part.Pas d'infos non plus de China post..Aprés 2 ou 3 cdes qui s'étaient bien passées, je suis déçu. Le produit est bien arrivé. TESlaunch a fait un geste commercial de remboursement de 30 euros. Bravo à eux

Product description was good and installation was easy. The design was great. The switch was a super idea. I built a box for it. I can turn off the satellite without unplugging. I connected directly to my RV battery bank and do not need the wasteful inverter. The power to the satellite is a solid 12V DC circuit.

The "genuine" leather seat covers I bought for my model Y turned out to be plastic. Teslaunch have no interest in allowing these to be returned . UPDATE! I have now received a full refund so my issues have been resolved

I got my stuff after few weeks and even got half of the money back so I will recommend the site 🙂 it was sone kind of error . My original post was : Don’t buy anything from them. I ordered some things from them 2 weeks ago . I got the tracking number that not work and didn’t move at all. It say is pending for 2 weeks . I tried to contact them 4 times without any luck. So all good 👍

Assembly was easy, installation easy as long as I remembered to account for the window drop when the door is opened. Only complaint, they do not cover the little winglet windows alongside the dash. In reality, those really do not matter much but it was not a complete blackout. Glad I bought them.

I chose the 21-inch Teslaunch rim protector for my Porsche Taycan because the Priorim and Alloygator products didn't fit my rims or weren't suitable. However, the Teslaunch rim protector fits perfectly, is very easy to install, and it blends seamlessly with my alloy wheels. I'm very satisfied with the design, quality, and user-friendliness of the product. You just have to be patient for long delivery time (that’s why this 4 stars rating. If Teslaunch manages to shorten the too long delivery time, this would be an easy 5 star rating !). If that's not a problem, these Teslaunch rim protectors are a good, or the best?, choice and highly recommended.
