Super slow postage!!! After placing my order, two weeks on and my Model Y rim protectors were still not shipped! After a few emails, I finally received a response stating that the item was out of stock at their warehouse and that they were waiting on a shipment that would arrive in a couple days. Another two weeks go by and then the item was shipped from China! Which took over two weeks to arrive. Almost 7 weeks after purchase, I now have the rim protectors. Gave two stars as the product was nice and as described. I just am disappointed in the experience and lack of transparency of Teslaunch, for most of it I felt like I was being scammed due to lack of communication and order delays. Both my partner and I have a Tesla and we will not be purchasing at Teslaunch again. Just not worth the hassle and stress.

Bought a Tesla Model 3 sunglass holder. It doesn't attach to the car. Customer service delaying continuously, obviously to try to make me give up. Don't buy from Teslaunch. Edit: got a refund but only after I told them I had put a bad review on Trustpilot. Increased from 1 star to 2 for this reason, but they made it difficult.

Takes forever to arrive its been two weeks and still waiting😑

They literally just drop ship from aliexpress at a 350% markup. Unreal.

Purchased the 20" rim protector in black. The adhesive on one of the protectors failed after 2 months. Teslaunch would not replace the item. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. I'm generally pleased with the product (the do the job and look good) and at this point consider the failure to be a "one-off". However, I am extremely disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product.
