I like the options for accessories for the starlink mini that they have to purchase. The ordering to receiving was a long time. Also one of the pieces was missing a nut to screw the sticky leg on for mounting.

This is an updated review after initial issues with an order. Despite Teslaunch still not accepting a return they have done their best to put things right, offering a partial refund and sending a replacement part to ensure compatibility with my car. Whilst not ideal, they have at least tried to make things right, hence updating from a 1 star to 3 star review. Frustrating that the returns policy is not honoured but at least I can now use the rear screen sent.

Great products well made and fit well. Problem is shipping to the US takes 3-4 weeks.

I was very disappointed in the product, a wheel cover for my Tesla, but I was very impressed with the customer service, and received a refund.

Its a drop shipper. If I had known that, I wouldnt have placed the order. their website claims 6-12 days. well, I ordered mine on the 9th of March, it shipped on the 12th and it is now the 28th. on the shipping page, its all in chinese. thankfully my phone translates it automatically.

If you don't want the product in your lifetime then place an order. Bought a Christmas gift November 30th, still have not received it Jan.5th. Thought it was a company from US, but my credit card was immediately charged through PayPal everything in Chinese. I'm done with this...very disappointed.
