Please with the product (nappa leather seat covers) delivery from China which took a lot longer than they stated. Offered me £20 good will gesture which I never got despite chasing them but all my emails/online chats are now being ignored. Better off ordering from source like Ali Express. I won’t buy from Teslaunch again.

I installed the stalk kit in my Model X and the installation went pretty much as shown. The kit does not come with any instructions so you have to go online and watch videos. The left stalk did not work as shown in the videos, no horn function and the button on the end doesn't do anything. Corresponding with their "support" link has yielded some results; you have to download an app to program the left stalk functions, but that has not resolved the non-functioning end button. After going through the installation, endless attempts to get the full function resolved with support and the aggravation involved, I would not recommend purchasing this product. If you have driven you X for a while, you are probably somewhat used to operating it using the factory controls and whatever the marginal advantage to have stalks may provide, it is not worth adding this kit. FYI, Joe from customer service probably doesn't exist. Just a computer giving canned responses. Update to my review: they did send me a replacement stalk so I am satisfied with the product now. My only issue is how many time it took showing the the same videos over and over again before they believed me. Maybe Joe is real after all.

2,5 months delivery time to Denmark :-( Had to pay DKK 200 extra in tariff to receive the package which was shipped from China. Had to write twice to Teslaunch support to get answer. Bad experience, will never shop there again, cannot recommend.

Ordered the 8.66 rear screen for 2020 tesla model 3 (retrofit) and have some concerns. Shipping wasn’t bad and took 15 day from order to UK delivery. UK side was slow and Teslaunch not at fault, however : questions I’ve to asked to CS with no reply !! 1 The system feels sluggish navigating from screen to screen. Is there a software or firmware update that I can do? 2 The system dosent now allow me to control the front seat. Can you advise how I can do this as I didn’t see any instructions or long cables to connect to passenger seat in the box? 3 The screen does not retain the time over night. I’ve updated the region to UK but noticed the time dosent sync so power / switch live must be being stopped somehow. Done the usual power down cycle and reboot after 5-10 mins to no avail, Can you advise me on anything to check please? Still no contact which isn’t great for new customer so won’t be using again. Shame as good reviews so maybe I’m just the unlucky one..

Ordered mats for new vehicle on June 6th, 2025. I was charged up front. After 2 weeks, item shipped from China. In transit for another 15 days as of today. I did receive a 10% credit due to the delay after sending inquiries - text and email. Still waiting but hopefully the quality will be worth the wait. Is this what it's going to be like for shipments from China now?
