They had a listing for Tesla floor mats. In the listing it noted Juniper 2025+. As I was ordering for as Tesla 2026 standard this would indicate that it would fit. I ordered and later that night look at the fine print at the bottom. It said not for standard y this was not in the fitament listing. I emailed immediately to cancel but didn't get a response for a couple days. They told me it out was too late now to stop the shipping but said that the listing was inaccurate and would change it for the future. It took 22 days to get here and they said they would refund me once it came in. When it arrived I asked for a shipping label then they said it would be $30 return fee. A normal company would send you a label but instead gave me a home address in Florida and said ship it here. Google maps shows it as a single family home. I think they are trying to get me to ship another customer, but who knows if they will refund me once it gets there. Given they admitted having a misleading webpage they should have refunded the product but still didn't refund me and tried to get me to ship it to a random home address. I found out they also changed their name recently to t launch. I wonder if this is to escape a previous reputational issue. "Update" Kept trying to offer different deals instead of a return, then ghosted me when I confirmed I wanted a return.

I'm having troubles with this company and their customer service. It's been frustrating and I'm actively trying to find a competitor with better service. Thank you.

Ordered the 20" wheel protectors. Here is how it went. The delivery blew straight past the advertised 3–7 day window. When it finally turned up, the parcel was already open — not damaged, just open, like it had given up somewhere in transit. Then came the fun part. None of the four fit. Not "a bit tight." Not "needs a warm day." They do not fit. I followed every method on your own tutorial page — the three-point technique, clockwise, anti-clockwise — and every single time the last tab sat there, several millimetres short, refusing to reach the slot. I did this four times. I am now on first-name terms with all four of them. I would have left it there, except I have a grudge. So, Joe — if you're reading this, here's the maths. With eleven tabs seated, the ring can't slide, so all the stretch is confined to the ~133 mm arc between the last two tabs. Closing the remaining ~5 mm gap needs about 3.8% strain. In ABS (E ≈ 2.3 GPa) that's roughly 86 MPa — comfortably more than double the material's 40 MPa yield stress, and about the tensile strength of aluminium. It corresponds to a hoop tension of around 3,200 N, which is a fully grown male polar bear hanging off my wheel trim. What actually happens is that the ring yields at about 1.7% strain, by which point it has gained 2.3 mm of the 5 mm I need, and then fractures somewhere around 3%. The part reaches its breaking point before it reaches the slot. This is the important bit: it isn't a technique problem. There is no force that works, because the failure happens first. Your tutorial is showing customers a process the material cannot survive.

My Starlink holder arrived bent and now it's not possible to be installed. I requested a refund and provided photos as proof. At first, "Joe" says it's not damaged. IT'S CLEARLY DAMAGED. He offered me a percentage of my money back and I was to keep the item. However, it ARRIVED damaged and I could NOT use the product in that condition. After I had to resent the photos to plead my case, “Joe” finally agreed to refund my money. It was an over a week before he agreed. Note: This company has changed their name at least once before and beware! They ship from CHINA. NOWHERE on their website does it state "shipments are from China". Every email I sent to plead my case, was answered by the next day (except on weekends). I did finally receive all of my monies back, but I had to plead my case.

I ordered seat covers from Teslaunch expecting a quality product and a straightforward customer service experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue came when I tried to get help with a refund and return. After raising the problems and asking how to return the product, Teslaunch eventually stopped responding to my messages, leaving me without a proper resolution. I was also very surprised to discover that the product is shipped from China, despite the impression I had when ordering that this was a more domestic operation. I subsequently found what appear to be the exact same seat covers on Chinese marketplaces for a fraction of the price. Had I known the products were available directly from Chinese marketplaces at such a significantly lower price, I would never have paid the Teslaunch price. I’m not against companies sourcing products from China — the problem for me is the lack of transparency, significant markup, and the customer service experience when I tried to return the product and obtain a refund. Ultimately, I was left with a product I wasn’t happy with, a refund/return request that wasn’t properly dealt with, and then no response from the company. I strongly recommend doing your research before ordering and checking whether the same products are available elsewhere for considerably less.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Teslaunch. Before the summer, I ordered a rear screen for my Tesla. After confirming that the screen had been completed, they asked me to wait another month before it could be delivered. I agreed to wait, but after that month passed, I tried countless times to contact them and received little to no response. Eventually, after a huge amount of effort, I managed to get a refund. Even getting my money back was unnecessarily difficult. At that point, they told me they would let me know when the screen became available again. Now, three months later, I can see that the screen is available on their website again. I have tried to contact them dozens of times, but they simply don’t respond. The whole situation makes me feel that they may no longer want to honour the price we originally agreed on when I placed my first order. Instead of simply communicating with a customer and explaining the situation, they have chosen to ignore every attempt to contact them. For me, this is completely unacceptable customer service. A company can have delays, stock problems, or production issues — that’s understandable. What is not acceptable is taking someone’s money, making them wait, being almost impossible to contact, making the refund extremely difficult, and then completely ignoring them when the product becomes available again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Teslaunch. Very poor communication and extremely disappointing customer service.
