Ordered touch-up paint and tried to cancel 12 hours later after reading a review on this site about the poor quality of the paint. Company stated the order was on the way (which it was not) and I can only send it back for a refund after it arrives and pay the shipping costs. Customers should not buy from this company, as you are basically left with inferior material. Look for a reputable US-based company.

DO NOT BUY TOUCH UP PAINT If I could give a negative star review I would. I bought The Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X Color Paint Repair Pen - OEM Original Touch Up Paint Pen × 1 Midnight Silver Metallic (PMNG) It came with no instructions. So I did a Google search to learn how to apply it. The color did not match at all. The scratch looked way better than the mess. I’m left with now.

Poor quality product not delivered as shown. We received a piece of fabric a needle and thread for $70. The company does not accept returns.

The Retractable Windshield Sun Visor for Tesla Model S/X/3/Y With Suction Cups by Teslaunch is a complete waste of almost $50. It’s flimsy and the suction cups don’t hold up. It also dips on the top and lets sunlight in. Poorly constructed with cheap materials. After a week of use, we threw it in the garbage and bought a much better sun visor from Amazon.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their return policy does not state that there is shipping cost and customer service do not tell you that neither. Returned unopened, unused product after sending them photo of proof and getting approved. They charge $110 without saying anything and when asked, they said it is their burden to do refunds to customers when they do not state or let customers know about it when it is not stated under their policy. They say it is “default” practice of online websites to charge customers without stating or communicate it to customers. Basically, they are saying it is common sense, so it is customer’s fault even if we don’t state it under our policy. This could be possibly count as fraud charges since nothing is noted under their policy.

Update - I complained to the company and they immediately refunded my purchase and sent an apology. Still not happy with the product but I appreciate their customer service. Original review -> Just received my "Thermal Insulated Window Shades". Went to put them in and... These DO NOT fit my vehicle (2017 Model S). They are not even close to the shape of the windows. They are NOT thermal insulated. The stitching is already tearing so I can see light through the stitching holes. They look absolutely nothing like the images on the website - they aren't the same shape and layout and they have all this extra fabric just hanging around the edges. These are cheap pieces of Chinese crap that come directly from a cheap Chinese factory. Took 2 weeks to receive.

Avoid this China based company. They have a Google phone number they generated and have a fake Michigan address. They don't do refunds even though their website states they do for damaged goods received.
