TeslaunchReviews of teslaunch.net

Ill bought wheelprotectioncovers for my Tesla Model Y (160€!!!), the quality of the product is very horrible, it doesnt even fit and fall off without driving. At first they offered me a 50% discount, but when I said, I really wanted to send it back, the return was described to me as not worth it. I was offered an 80% discount, I agreed to 90%, the 80% discount was given without my consent. When I read the reviews I think I won't see any money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE, IT'S A HUGE SCAM!

Chinese BS company. Avoid

If I could get this company negative stars, I would. I bought sunshades in Nov 2023 for our Model Y. They were terrible! The shades fell off the window every time the door was opened. I requested a return. They refused to provided shipping. Refused to accept the return. In steady they offered to refund 50%, then 70%, then 80% and allow us to keep their garbage product. We finally agreed to the 80% just to get it over with, and THEN NOTHING. No refund. No more emails. No more nothing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Terrible company. Find another vendor for your Tesla accessories. Terrible experience.

All-In-One Rim Protector For Tesla Model Y 21'' Uberturbine Wheel bought for 200€! Poor quality product, lost after less than 1km... I have been asked to share a review on the product, sent a 1-star review, and my comment was not posted. They only share 5-star reviews... This site is a scam

Do not use this company. Feels like it is run by children. bought wiper blades for the M3, they were for a left hand drive version and not reversable when i asked them about t they sent me a video on 'how to change wiper blades' it was a video for a different type (the hook type) so no use at all. they just got more and more sarcastic with their replies. Order was late due to being missed in some office process? no refund available as i had already tried to install them. no VAT receipts either. whaen i asked for a VAT receipt they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. be warned and shop elsewhere!!!

The key fob could not connect to my Tesla. I opened it up and there was no electronics inside the key.

I purchased an instrument Cluster, I only got an order number, it's been a week no tracking number yet, an email saying the product got to he tested first, you would think the product would already be tested before this company sells the product, then get an email asking if I lost my debit card,no I haven't called my bank it's no problem, so I just hope I'm not scammed, still no tracking number and I purchased a black car cover and seat cushion,I hope get my products, and I don't have any tracking number for those items, tell probably email saying they need to be tested too, and they take two three days to answer emails and will not answer the phone, the website looks good with Tesla accessories, but be careful do your research and make sure they don't scam you, like the may have scam me.

No commercial support as the wheels protector do not stick after 2 months
