STAY AWAY! They are a foreign company (appears to be China) and they try to hide it. I don't mind buying overseas products at all, but they never let you know during the ordering process that it will take 2 weeks to get your item! And then my local post office tried to charge me extra because of an address import issue. Just not worth the hassle. Add to that that they sent me two wrong items and then said "you made the mistake" and wanted me to pay them an extra $6 to correct the error that they made!? If you look on their site there is a refund policy but they clearly do not honor it. I received bad items that don't fit my vehicle and they won't take them back! I just spent $60 and all I got in return are 2 items that I can't use and a big FU from teslaunch. Again, stay away from this company and just go with ANY other seller.

Do not buy Tesla Wheel protectors here, they are crooked and do not fit the wheels advertised under the product, so for God's sake stay away.

Negozio puramente cinese con prodotti di scarsa qualità che ti vendono a prezzi come se fossero premium! Ho acquista un parasole per il parabrezza della mia Tesla M3 pagato 40€ dalle immagini del sito sembrava di ottima qualità! Mi è arrivato piegato in un in una busta quadrata e tutto snervato . Ho provato a sistemarlo e ho anche scritto all’azienda dove neanche mi rispondono. INVITO A NON COMPRARE BUTTATE I VISTRI SOLDI.

I’m so disappointed about the two Products (Spoiler and and the cover ror the Dash) this are the worstest products I ever have seen! I’m also not happy as I have ordered in the US and get the Parts from China!! The spoiler is cheep plastic and is not fitting at all! The Cover for the dash is with tow parts but in the middle the are not fitting to each other - very bad!! I will never ever order anything at this company!

I ordered on April 9, 2024, today on April 20 the product is still in China in Zhenghzou

Website looks great, pictures of items looks good. However eventually when it turns up….. the quality is shocking, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Customer service is non existent, as clearly they are Chinese they don’t have to abide by uk consumer law and won’t refund. They only offered to refund 25% of the shipping fee, laughable. They know there products are bad and just hide behind there returns policy. I spent over £130, I may as well have thrown it in the wind. Hope this helps

You'd reckon after decades of buying stuff on-line I'd at least have the common sense to try and find some reviews before shelling out a few hundred dollars for a Model Y rim protector set.What garbage.Nowhere in the sales pitch did they mention double sided tape so when a lengthy roll fell out of the packing box I thought"Ruh-roh".My worst fears confirmed.Low quality manufacturing that don't fit.I guess what the tape is for right>Avoid

Ordered wheel covers over a month ago, and item has still not even been shipped! Customer service repeats excuses about delivery location issues, supplier material delays or "logistic channel" problems, but no ETA is ever given. I don't expect to ever actually receive quality wheel covers from this site. Avoid ordering from them if possible.
