Ordered 23 July. Installed 30 August. Managed to install 3 out of 4 wheels, and they looked great. Final wheel protector would not install and I was told that it was due to a different sized Y model wheel in Europe (?!). Was pleased with the 3 protectors until 1 fell off, driving at 20mph yesterday, 23 Sept. So it lasted less than one month. I wouldn't bother and wouldn't recommend, though at least I was able to get a PARTIAL refund. Really disappointing but on the look out for a better product. Fahran

Ordered a spoiler, arrived from China and had a little scratch on the carbon fiber, no double sided tape was included in the package. Emailed them several times on resolving the issue and no response. I will be getting with my bank to dispute this purchase. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore.

Ordered a simple paintpen for a black model 3. It took weeks. Hardly any response to my enquiries. Didn’t realize it was a dropshipper. Not even very cheap. Would never purchase here again.

J'ai commandé fin juillet un stylo de réparation de peinture pour ma Tesla blanche. Une vraie catastrophe, la peinture est inconsistante comparable à de l'eau légèrement teintée sans aucune tenue. A fuir ...

Stay away from!! Do not buy anything here! Sent me the wrong item, I emailed them, they responded within an hour(which says that they are closely monitoring customer feedback), they then ask for pics of the wrong item...and then they ghost me for the following week.

Ich habe etwas bestellt, was eine so schlecht eQualität und passgenauigkeit hat das ich es zurück schicken möchte. Leider antwortet niemand mehr auf meine E-Mails. BETRUG !!!

I ordered hubcaps for a Tesla Model 3 a month ago. They still haven't arrived. They have a fake U.S. address and phone, and don't tell you when you order that it is coming from China, which is fine if they had just would inform people of that BEFORE they ordered it. Apparently, my item is still in China. When I found out it was coming from China and emailed them, they said it would take about 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops. It's been 4 weeks and they still aren't here. I'll write a review on their appearance and strength if I ever get the product.

Worst company, no customer service, no response! Fake phone number customer service.
