Bought rim protectors for my Model 3, made sure exact match, model, size and description. Product arrived and did not fit, followed their online instructions, was not flexible as shown on their site via video, after several enquiries they admitted in writing that wheels used around the world differ and their product will not fit all wheels, even though sold to fit my exact model, wheel and country. Offered 70% refund, which i took, instead of posting product to china at my cost and hoping for any refund. What a scam, make a product you know will not fit and doesn’t match description relied on to buy, then keep 30% of the money, get rich.

Cheap Chinese products (actually even chipped from China directly) with European prizes in which photo’s don’t resemble your end product. Never again!

I ordered a table for my Tesla Model Y and requested for it to be cancelled but Teslaunch advised me that it has already been shipped. However in checking the status from the Shop app, it shows the status as “Ready To Ship” with a note from the carrier as “Parcel data submitted to carrier”. The status has not changed for the past two weeks since I placed the order. I had previously submitted orders directly from China but the items have arrived within a couple of weeks. I suggest that if you are planning to order Tesla accessories, please plan to look elsewhere. If I can give zero or negative rating, I’d immediately do it for this company.

Scam company. It takes for ever for your order to arrive if it ever does. They provide a tracking number with USPS but USPS doesnt have the package because it hasn't arrived from China yet to California. Buy from a real American company not from these scammers. If I wanted to wait a month for my China order I would order from Aliexpress and not these guys. Anyway product still not arrived, USPS still doesnt have it.

Biggest Scam in history! China scam - if you want it really (its shit, nothing works, installation is horrible + it makes microscratches (because of the mini hooks and cheap plastic)) Buy it directly from aliexpress saves nearlyy 50-60%. It's a dropshipping shop, you will get the same product from the same Chinese manufacturer (no hate) Don't let the reviews blend you! I have now 120$ worth of cheap and bad smell plastic at home.

Scam, item not working , not as described, company not answering the emails or messages, all signs of fraudulent Chinese seller, should be made illegal

Gli ho scritto per chiedere info su una parte in quanto quella acquistata non era compatibile (tra l'altro non volevo rimborso ma solo info su quella corretta da acquistare) non hanno risposto
