TeslaunchReviews of teslaunch.net

Terrible experience with Teslaunch. They have a 2 piece carbon fiber set for the CT rear view mirror area and the lines on the pieces are completely different so they look stupid next to each other. Did you ever think about making them match? Duh. They also sell a sunshade kit they claim is for Model S 2012-2025 but its not even close to matching the window sizes. I thought they sent me one for the wrong car but I think they're just selling a universal product for any car. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee but then fought me over it, refused to take it back, and after 5 emails (that they send in the middle of the night) they offered a partial refund. Obviously this is cheap garbage from China they don't want to ship back. I won't ever buy from them again.

I bought a rear climate & music control screen for my 2019 Model 3. This model has a type A. So I ordered a Type A control unit. And what did I get... a C type... that is not working of course. Made a claim that they had send the wrong item. Firstly they say yeah correct but sadly we don't have the Type A any more.... so I asked for a partial refund. After some emails now they say they send the right part. I cannot believe it... I have the item the box... and everything screams Type C... It all ready takes weeks to get this solved but sadly a 3 mail they did everything right.. Anybody a tip what to do? Now they say

They are a Chinese scam. Unusable quality (bought seals, sticker and rim protectors) for the items they sent, other parts (rim protectors for $140), they did not even ship. Zero support or response when emailing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ARTISTS!!!! ---------------------------------------------

Cheap stuff shipped from China and return policy is horrible. I purchased $200 worth of goods and nothing is in working function or as shown on website. I requested for refund due to cheap quality and they requested photos for their team to review. They even tried to negotiate for 50% refund since they said it’s not worth it for me to pay the return shipping. It’s been a month and the whole process is like a nightmare for Amazon priced goods with aliexpress quality and no return.

Items clearly shipped from china with weeks and weeks wait with no contact. Support is awful do not buy from this company

Be extra careful about purchasing from here. Regarding returns, they will try to convince you it's not worth your time or expense to return and will try to offer you 60% refund just to hold onto the item. I've been dealing with Joe for 10 days now and I still can't get return instructions. At this point, he's wanting me to submit pictures to see if they qualify for a return. They need better pictures, descriptions, and compatibility charts if they're going to make you jump through so many hoops to initiate a return. He's even withholding the return address. I'm assuming he's delaying long enough just for the return window to pass.
